Eagle Gifts

A few “did you know” facts about the eagle…

The largest bald eagle nest on record was 9.5 feet (3 meters) wide and 20 feet (6 meters) high.

Like most eagles, bald eagles are monogamous; they stay faithful to one partner, ’til death do they part.

A golden eagle can spot a hare from a mile away and keep it in sharp focus until it strikes. Its field of vision is wider than any other animal’s and up to eight times sharper than our own.
